HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 5-7 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. Shipping costs are not included in store credit.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items, Pre-Order items, Accessories, and Bodysuits
-The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does
not include the shipping cost.
-Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
-If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will then send
the ineligible item back to you.
-Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.
-Store credit does not expire.
